South East Los Angeles: Man, 18, shot

Alexis Guzman, an 18-year-old Latino, died of gunshot wounds to his chest and thigh on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.

The shooting took place in the 11800 block of South Main Street in South East Los Angeles, according to coroner’s records.
