Victor Moreno, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot several times and killed on Thursday, May 14, in the 1700 block of East Vernon Avenue in Central Alameda, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
Coroner’s investigators said Moreno was standing on a street corner when someone drove by and shot him.
