As the final seconds were counted down, the San Dimas crowd grew louder. And louder. And louder. Until the emotions exploded onto the field.

The coach called it a ‘program-turning’ victory. The players call it unbelievable, ‘a dream,’ said Kevin Paulsen.

After years of losing to the Bearcats, the Saints can celebrate a Smudge Pot victory tonight.
