Mater Dei lineman is sidelined

Chris Ward, a sophomore offensive guard who is part of the Mater Dei offensive line that hasn’t allowed quarterback Matt Barkley to be sacked this season through five games, could be sidelined four weeks after a partial tear of his MCL in his left knee that he suffered against Corona Centennial last week.
