Dorsey at Crenshaw game under many a watchful eye

I took the advice of all involved and arrived at tonight’s Dorsey at Crenshaw game very early.

As advertised, the security is as tight as advertised as police officers are standing at every gate opening. Wear a hat other than one with ‘CRENSHAW’ or ‘DORSEY’ across the front and you don’t get in.

I’m hoping for a great game and that Crenshaw enjoys its homecoming, but I’m also feeling as if I’m in the middle of ‘The Longest Yard’ -- without the comedy of Chris Rock and Adam Sandler.
