Whew! Made it here just in time to see Vista Murrieta quarterback Kavon Seaton, pictured right, hit tight end Sean Dunaway on a 44-yard touchdown pass, giving the Broncos a 7-6 lead with about three minutes left in the opening quarter.

Temescal Canyon then went three-and-out and Brandon Trujillo returned the punt to the Temescal Canyon 30, from where Bradley Randle ran into the end zone on the next play.

That’s it, Broncos lead, 14-6, heading into the second quarter.

So far, I like the Vista Murrieta band. They stay in the eastern end zone and play their tunes from there. The student section looks alive as well. The BBC, or Bronco Bleacher Creatures, might be one of the most spirited crowds I’ve seen, and I’ve been to a few Raider games at the Coliseum.
