Huntington Beach Edison leads Anaheim Esperanza, 6-0, at halfltime after both schools played with little enthusiasm. Nick Crissman connected with Trent Burns-Stickney for a 15-yard touchdown.

Both schools hadn’t practiced since Wednesday, and it shows. But Edison’s experience having played a much tougher nonleague schedule was paying dividends.
