Cross-country: League finals rescheduled for Friday

Because Irvine Regional Park, pictured right, was being used as a staging area by firefighters combating the Santiago Canyon fire, the Empire League finals will be held Friday at Craig Park in Fullerton, and the Pacific Coast League finals will be held Friday at Mason Park in Irvine.

In Fullerton, the girls get under way at 2 p.m. In Irvine, competition begins at 1 p.m.
