Orange County boys’ water polo: Fullerton’s assistant is part of the answer

There’s a nice story, on several levels, by The Register’s Dan Albano, about Garrett Weiglin. A lower-level coach in the Fullerton boys’ water polo program, Weiglin, 19, overcame several life challenges to reach this point. A former Fullerton player, he is a Fullerton College student trying to help his alma mater develop its program.

It’s worth a read, just to understand some people are trying to get through, and that winning isn’t the only measure of success.
