Van Nuys decided to forfeit its final Sunset Six League football game tonight against Sun Valley Poly when a majority of its varsity football players were implicated in a hazing incident involving members of the school’s frosh-soph team, Athletic Director Terry Stoller said.

The incident occurred on Thursday, according to Stoller, with school officials electing not to allow the varsity team (2-8) to play its final game. The frosh-soph game was played.
