Props to St. Paul.

Props to the Western Division’s sleeper pick, who slapped a smudge on Culver City’s perfect record and advanced to the semifinals with a 32-26 double-overtime victory Friday night.

Props to Aubrey Haynes -- the Swordsman rusher who rumbled like a diesel truck, barreling and bullying into the end zone for four TDs, including two in the overtime periods.

‘Crazy, crazy, just crazy,’ said Haynes as he jogged off the field. ‘My heart’s racing like 100 miles per hour.’

Haynes, who entered the game after halftime, ran the ball 12 times for 101 yards, and Deion Williams scored the Swordsmen’s first TD with an eight-yard bolt.

St. Paul (8-4) failed to complete a pass but outsmarted Culver City (11-1) with an onside kick, forced a fumble and nabbed two interceptions. St. Paul also failed to crumble when the Centaurs tied the score with 2.6 seconds remaining.

So now, St. Paul deserves one thing...

Props. Big time.
