It didn’t take a cross-country junkie to figure out it would be a walk in the Woodward Park (well, maybe more like a brisk jog) for the Saugus girls’ cross-country team to take the Division I state title for the second consecutive year. Ever since their dominating performance at the Clovis Invitational a couple months back, I knew the Centurions would win the state title as long as they stayed healthy.
