Haynes bulldozes Gahr in a Western semifinal

Aubrey Haynes never spins off nifty moves. Never stutter-steps. Never jukes. No, the 5-foot-10, 220-pound back crunches through the heart of the line, like a bulldozer.

Against Gahr in the Western Division semifinals, Haynes slammed into the end zone for the game-winning touchdown with 27 seconds remaining. ‘Aubrey finished it for us, thank God,’ said St. Paul quarterback Paul Lopez.

And Haynes finished the evening with 131 yards in only 19 carries.
