Got fantasy football on my mind at Eastern Division final

Had a lot on my mind as I passed through some of my favorite stomping grounds on the way from the Home Depot Center to the Eastern Division final between Palm Desert and visiting Riverside North.

Thomas Jones or Travis Henry?

Santonio Holmes or Donte Stallworth?

See, I’m not so much interested in which team is going win this game -- I already know that North will defend its title -- but how well I’ll do in Fantasy Football tomorrow. It’s the last week of the regular season and I need a W, so I’m shacking up at my folks’ condominium, where a little jacuzzi and some peace and quiet might be just enough for me to make the all-important FFL lineup decisions. Fortunately, my wife and kids understand.

Oops, it’s kickoff time I better get to work.
