St. Margaret’ Steffien is the MVP of the Northeast Division

Hunter Steffien of St. Margaret’s has 117 yards and two touchdowns in 12 carries in the first half of the Northeast Division championship game, and he’s also made one heck of a play on defense to stop Brentwood’s Mason Moss on a third-and-goal play.

St. Margaret’s, the division’s defending champion, is ahead, 16-0, at halftime here at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame.

Steffien did have a pass interfernce penalty call against him, but details, details. He’s more than made up for it and is still the best player in the division.
