Dan Arritt just said, ‘You were right.’ Why? Because I told him and Eric Sondheimer at halftime that Centennial would make a run at De La Salle before this game is over.
After the free kick, Centennial drove 53 yards, the last 34 on a pass from Scott to Ricky Marvray. It also completed a fourth-down conversion on the drive.
De La Salle’s lead has been cut to 31-24 at the end of the third quarter, and the Huskies’ defense looks inspired. That’s what it’s going to take.
