In high school soccer it’s not that uncommon to see a team score 10 goals or more in a game. But it is a rare sight to see a team score 11 goals by 11 players.

Kellie Boyle, Emily Dillon, Jessica Gunther, Jessica Hauter, Kaitlin Hellman, Kim Marshall, Rene Mendiola, Krosby Pabst, Samantha Prochnow, Alisa Turner and Marissa Wiegelman all found the back of the net for Long Beach Wilson on Monday as when the Bruins defeated host Compton, 11-0, in a Moore League match.

Wilson (16-1-3, 6-0) hosts Long Beach Poly (10-4-2, 5-1) on Thursday. The Bruins moved up in the Southern Section coaches’ poll to No. 2 this week. If they beat the Jackrabbits, they’ll take firm control of the league race.
