Don’t like the way things are being run in your office? Got a boss who’s not inspiring you to do your best? Well, just band together some other disgruntled co-workers and tell those in charge that you’re not going to work until changes are made.

Well, if you’re one of the eight basketball players on the Pleasant Grove boys’ team in Northern California who pulled just such a mutiny recently, you get yourself a new coach.

Sacramento Bee reporter Bill Paterson tells the story here. Let’s just hope it wasn’t simply a case of players and parents unhappy that they’re not winning as many games as they think they should -- but I bet it isn’t.
