With so many talented football players in the Southland on the verge of signing national letters of intent on Feb. 6, The Times decided to compile a list of who’s who and who’s going where. As thorough as the attempt is, there is no way we could possibly mention everyone.

‘Otis has this great tenacity about him. He wants to excel. He strives to be better,’’ Leuzinger Coach Deon Toliver said. ‘He’s got a great upside, a high ceiling. His rare combination of size and speed will help him make the transition to the college game. He’s ready physically and mentally.’’
