Bishop Montgomery builds 10-point halftime lead in Division II-AA final

Bishop Montgomery made nine of 11 shots in the opening quarter of the Southern Section Division II-AA final against Colony and only slightly cooled off in the second quarter before heading into the locker room with a 39-29 halftime lead.

Junior guard Justin Cobbs has 12 points for the sixth-seeded Knights and Aaron Ware and Michael Panaggio scored eight each.

Colony sophomore Tyler Lamb leads the seventh-seeded Titans with eight points, but has made only three of 13 from the field.
