Baseball: Four reach final of home run derby at Natl. Classic

Derek Collins of Esperanza, Kyle Beverly of Salt Lake City Cottonwood, Jack Armstrong of Jupiter (Fla.) and my pre-home run derby pick, Matt Davidson of Yucaipa, reached the four-man final at the National Classic baseball tournament at El Dorado High.

Each clubbed six home runs (I had Davidson with five in the first round, but I must’ve missed one).
