Laron Taylor’s strong second leg run gave Washington the separation it needed to win the boys’ 4x100m relay at the Trojan Invitational at USC.

The Generals won the prep relay in 42.33 seconds, followed by Dorsey in 42.67 and Crenshaw in 42.94.

Washington Coach Small was more than satisfied with the result. ‘We had a bad hand-off on the third leg and still ran a 42,’ he said. ‘That tells me we can run 41 by the time of City [finals].’
