Southern Section administrator Castillo is calling it quits

Paul Castillo, a Southern Section assistant commissioner for 8 1/2 years, has decided to retire effective in June.

Castillo has handled one of the toughest sports, boys’ basketball, dealing with all the issues, from transfers to playoff sites.

He’ll be missed.
