Baseball: Crespi’s McSweeney heading to UC Irvine

Crespi senior pitcher E.C. McSweeney has committed to UC Irvine.

McSweeney has posted a 5-2 record and a 3.75 ERA for the Celts this season and has proved his status as one of the Valley’s top pitchers.

He is the 12th Crespi player who has signed or committed to play college baseball.
