Tustin Coach Greg Jennings yanked plucky starter Joey Delia with one out and runners on second and third in the bottom of the fifth inning of its Southern Section-Toyota Division I first-round game at Blair Field in Long Beach.

In came David Cortes, who hit the first batter he faced, walked in a run and gave up a bases-clearing double to Matt Duffy, who ended up on third after another Tustin error -- the Tillers have four. Duffy scored on Jeff Yamaguchi’s sacrifice fly.

Lakewood leads, 10-2. Pull the plug on this one.
