It was time for Upland quarterback Josh Nunes and Los Osos quarterback Richard Brehaut to state their case as to who’s the best QB in the Inland Empire as UCLA offensive coordinator Norm Chow paid a visit Wednesday to evaluate each during spring football workouts.

UCLA is trying to make a decision as to which of these high school quarterbacks it should offer a scholarship. Nunes currently has 19 offers, the latest coming from Florida and Harvard. Brehaut has 16 and was recently offered by Washington and Oregon.

Both probably need to be evaluated by UCLA Coach Rick Neuheisel before a final decision can be made.
