Football: St. Bonaventure is up big at the half

I’m not sure if the three-plus hour drive Santa Margarita had to make from Orange County out to Ventura County took its toll on the Eagles, or if St. Bonaventure is just that much better. Whatever the case, this game is starting to get ugly.

Isaiah Burton scored on a 50-yard touchdown run midway through the second quarter to give the Seraphs a 13-0 lead and Patrick Hall added a one-yard plunge just before halftime to extend the St. Bonaventure advantage to 20-0 at intermission.
