Just when Corona Centennial was feeling a little bit comfortable, quarterback Matt Barkley of Mater Dei retaliated. He fired a 76-yard touchdown pass to sophomore Victor Blackwell, pulling the Monarchs to within 33-28 with 3:03 left in the second quarter.
