Good news for band and drill teams

The City Section Championship Division football game on Dec. 13 is the same day as the band and drill team championships, creating a conflict for at least two schools.

However, the City Section has worked out an agreement that the band and drill teams from the schools that make it to the football final will be able to participate in both events, according to administrator John Aguirre.
