Football: City 8-man title game set

Annenberg (10-1) and View Park Prep (10-1) won semifinal games tonight to advance to next Thursday’s City 8-man title game (Dec. 4, 7 p.m. at Contreras).

View Park toppled defending City champion Fulton Prep 44-0, while Annenberg needed overtime to edge Animo South Los Angeles 46-44.

The Coast League rivals didn’t play during the regular season; their scheduled meeting in the November 15 was cancelled due to poor air quality during the fires.
