Live blog: Lister gets Thousand Oaks even against Saugus

John Lister walked into the end zone from six yards out and the subsequent extra point has pulled Thousand Oaks even with host Saugus, 7-7, early in the second quarter of tonight’s Northern Division quarterfinal game at College of the Canyons.

Lister, one of the premiere runners in Ventura County, has already rushed for over 100 yards and the Lancers seem to be winning the battle at the line of scrimmage.

In another Northern Division quarterfinal, Valencia has raced to a 28-6 lead in the second quarter over host Westlake.
