Football: Upland 42, Los Osos 21

Upland has finally beaten its Baseline League rival Los Osos, 42-21, in a Central Division semifinal. Davion Fleming led the offense with 140 yards rushing and three touchdowns. The Highlanders will meet Rancho Cucamonga in Friday’s championship game.

Upland’s defense pressured Los Osos quarterback Richard Brehaut and effectively covered his receivers. Brehaut finished 11 of 23 for 166 yards with one interception.
