With 3:04 left, Westchester is clinging to a 43-39 lead over Etiwanda.
Westchester, ranked No. 2 in the Southland, held a 26-20 halftime lead over No. 5 Etiwanda in a semifinal game of the Ocean View tournament.
Point guard Dominique O’Connor of Westchester has been the standout player, contributing 12 points in theh first half. There have been lots of turnovers by both teams because of the tough man-to-man defense. DeShun McCoy scored three baskets in the second quarter for Westchester, which outscored Etiwanda, 16-6.
