Boys’ basketball: Fremont imposes additional penalties

Los Angeles Fremont Coach Sam Sullivan and players Mike Sullivan and Josh Manning will not participate in Friday’s Coliseum League game against Dorsey as additional punishment for their involvement in an altercation with Crenshaw last week. The punishment was imposed by the school, according to City Section administrator Trent Cornelius.
All three have already served one-game suspensions. Administrators from Fremont and Crenshaw are scheduled to appear before the City Rules Committee next Thursday to discuss the incident and review action taken by the two schools.
