Boys’ basketball: Fairfax is site for one-day tournament

Fairfax is hosting the one-day Fairfax State Preview Classic on Saturday, with five boys’ games and one girls’ game.
The day starts with the girls’ teams from Fairfax and Taft playing at noon. At 1:30 p.m., Windward takes on the No. 1 team from San Diego, Hoover.
At 3 p.m., it’s Santa Monica facing Oceanside El Camino. At 4:30 p.m., Price meets San Diego Torrey Pines. At 6:30 p.m., it’s Campbell Hall facing Long Beach Poly. And at 8 p.m., it’s the featured game, matching Etiwanda and Woodland Hills Taft.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students.
