Encino Crespi has earned a spot in the Easton tournament championship game after a 14-8 victory over Reseda Cleveland on Thursday.

Junior outfielder Kevin Williams had four hits, including three doubles, and finished with seven runs batted in for the Celts (4-0), who will meet West Ranch on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Birmingham in the championship game. West Ranch defeated Alemany, 8-6. Cleveland dropped to 3-1.

In another Easton tournament game, Chatsworth defeated Harvard-Westlake, 10-8, with Derek Neely hitting a grand slam. It was a reunion of sorts for Chatsworth Coach Tom Meusborn and Harvard-Westlake Coach Matt LaCour. LaCour used to be Meusborn’s top assistant and did battle when LaCour was coaching at El Camino Real.
