With the score tied, 7-7, in the sixth inning, Woodland Hills El Camino Real scored 10 runs, including a grand slam from Michael Booth and a two-run home run from Jake Laurita, to defeat Narbonne, 17-7, in a nonleague baseball game at Loyola Marymount.
It was an important game in the City Section because the outcome could influence seedings at the end of the regular season. El Camino Real (4-2) also received four runs batted in from Mitch Bluman. Narbonne dropped to 4-2.
