Boys’ basketball: Ocean View falls in Division III final

SACRAMENTO _ Despite a gallant fourth-quarter comeback bid, Ocean View was beaten by San Francisco Sacred Heart Cathedral, 62-55, in the Division III championship game at Arco Arena.
The Seahawks (27-8) trailed by 19 points in the fourth quarter, then made a frantic rally behind the shooting of Bill Keller, Anthony Brown and Steven Yoon, closing to within 58-52 with 1:21 left.
That’s when USC-bound defensive end Kevin Greene scored on an offensive rebound basket with 52 seconds left to bury the Seahawks. Greene had 20 rebounds.
Brown finished with 20 points for Ocean View. Nate Gartrell had 23 points for Sacred Heart.
