SACRAMENTO _ Senior guard Nate Gartrell has scored 19 points to help San Francisco Sacred Heart Cathedral take a 47-27 lead over Huntington Beach Ocean View with less than three minutes left in the third quarter of the Division III final at Arco Arena.
