Baseball: McCourt lifts Harvard-Westlake

Gavin McCourt’s two-run double in the fifth inning helped Harvard-Westlake upset Alemany, 2-1, in a Mission League game.

McCourt, the son of Dodgers owner Frank McCourt, is seven for 10 this season. Lucas Casso picked up the complete-game victory for the Wolverines (2-5-1, 1-2). Alemany dropped to 7-3 and 2-1.
