Baseball: Santa Monica pitcher throws no-hitter

Left-hander Tyler Skaggs of Santa Monica threw a no-hitter Monday, strking out 12 in a 6-0 victory over Lompoc.
The only runner to reach base was on a wild pitch. Skaggs is in position to be a high June draft pick.
