Softball: State home-run record is set by King-Drew’s Colquitt

With five regular-season games to play, Shannon Colquitt of Los Angeles King-Drew has obliterated the state single-season record for home runs by hitting 21.

The old record of 19 was set last year by Crenshaw’s Alia Williams.
