Lake Balboa Birmingham running back Trajuan Briggs is gaining recruiting traction, with scholarships offers from USC, California, Washington, Washington State and Pittsburgh.

He’s coming off a junior season in which he replaced Milton Knox, the City Section player of the year, and rushed for 1,513 yards and 21 touchdowns.

He’s 5 feet 11, weighs 194 pounds and has become faster and stronger.

He talks about the recruiting process, getting his scholarship offer from USC, the importance of academics and what he’s looking for in a college coach in the video below.
