Baseball: Sherman Oaks Notre Dame pulls out another victory

Sherman Oaks Notre Dame held on for a 7-6 victory over La Canada St. Francis Tuesday in a Mission League game, improving to 20-4 overall and 8-1 in league.

Kelly Dugan hit a two-run home run and finished with four RBIs. Casey Ryan had three hits and Matt Lathuras added two hits.

Josh Goossen Brown threw the complete game. The game ended when shortstop Ranny Lowe caught a line drive and stepped on second for a double play.
