Quartz Hill’s Austin Raanes fired a 66 to top the golf qualifiers at the Southern Section Northern Regional Monday at Sterling Hills Golf Course in Camarillo. Nick Thomas of West Hills Chaminade and Ramsey Sahyoun of North Hollywood Campbell Hall were next at 68.
