Encino Crespi continues to expand its lead over Huntington Beach in the Division II final at Anaheim Stadium. Josh Mason got a two-out double in the third inning and scored on Michael Hubbard’s bunt single, putting the Celts on top, 6-0.
Huntington Beach has pulled its starting pitcher, Barry Luke, who gave up seven hits in 2 2/3 innings.
Crespi pitcher Ryon Healy has struck out two and allowed two hits in two shutout innings.
