Football: Simi Valley names Lance Martin new coach

Lance Martin, the football coach at Calabasas, has resigned to become the coach at Simi Valley. It’s not exactly a vote of confidence in the Calabasas program, which is facing possible expulsion from the Marmonte League in 2010.
Martin is a former Simi Valley Royal assistant returning to an area he is familiar with.
