Sherman Oaks Notre Dame has done a decent job of limiting D.J. Morgan on Friday night.

But it’s hard to keep a good man down. And the senior running back for Taft proved as much in the second quarter, managing to find some running room and breaking off a 60-yard touchdown run to cut the Knights’ lead to 28-14.

Unfortunately for Morgan, a USC commit, Notre Dame answered with a touchdown to take a 35-14 advantage at halftime.
