Credit the Double Wing for helping Poly score 45, 43 and 58 points in its first three games. Junior running back Kevin Ervin set a school record on Friday, rushing for 409 yards and six touchdowns in 20 carries during a 58-27 victory over Granada Hills. He’s averaging 14.8 yards per carry.
