When in need of kicker, whom do you turn to? The state champion soccer team, and that’s what Woodland Hills El Camino Real did to find its latest kicker.

Keon Parsa was the All-City goalie for the City and state champion Conquistadores last season. He has committed to play soccer for Stanford and he’s also contributing in his first season playing for the football team.

He had a 68-yard punt in his first punt against Newhall Hart in the season opener and he has been consistent on extra points and punts. Who knows, he could walk on at Stanford as a punter.

Of course, he still could end up leaving during the season for some soccer competition in Spain or Costa Rica, but Parsa has assured Coach Kevin Williams he’ll be around through December.
